Goals: stage 1: the added value will reach RMB14.8 billion and the tax revenue will reach RMB 2.4 billion by 2010; stage 2: the established area will reach 18km² by 2020, and the added value will reach RMB 109.8 billion and the tax revenue will reach RMB 22.3 billion in 2020, and the main economic indicators will increase at an average annual growth of over 25%. |
